The Tea Junction

Fantastic range of coffee and tea (as well as all the accessories you could possibly need for them). The guy here is lovely and very helpful, as well as I was able to have a laugh with him over the fact I was cheeky by asking for help involving coffee from a rival place in Norwich. I recommend popping in here if you want something different and a pleasant experience. Thank you for your help :)

The Tea Junction is a must-visit for us whenever we’ve been in Norwich over the years (we live in Cardiff). The choice of loose leaf teas is excellent. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the baked apple sencha green tea, just lovely! It’s also helpful that they sell a good choice of decaffeinated teas, I’ve tried them all and they’re all nice if you’re cutting down on caffeine. There’s also a wide choice of coffees and one of us is a big fan of the City of Norwich blend. The shop sells tea and coffee-ware too. We’ve ordered online and have always had our tea and coffee delivered promptly and well packaged. I’m happy to recommend the Tea Junction (whether in person) to all tea and coffee drinkers.

When I come to Norwitch, I love visiting the tea junction for a coffee. Great selection to choose from. If I like it I buy a bag. They grind it for you to your requirements (in my case a V60). Great customer service experience. Friendly staff, always happy to give advice and recommendations:) 5 star!

I love this shop! I have purchased lots of my teas (from my ever expanding tea collection) from here. The staff kindly helped us find a pot of coffee when we were unsure of what to get, we aren’t coffee drinkers but needed to get some for visitors! Such a huge variety of teas, and loose leaf, I love it - even if my purse doesn’t.

This is a lovely establishment! We shopped here before lockdowns began, as they had a wide range of products and knowledge. We continued to shop online here when we couldn't get to store. Online ordering was easy but if I needed assistance, which I did one time, I called the store and they responded. Very helpful and friendly and love all the variety. Highly recommended 🌟

I love this shop. It is an essential stop off on my 500 mile round trip to Norwich although I am looking forward to the new website and tea by post. There are so many interesting teas and something for everyone. Norfolk Blend is my daily standard. I have just opened and brewed Chocolate Cream Truffle Tea. Yummy yummy yummy. The smell is divine. You can experience chocolate without the calories. We know who the big tea retailers are on the High Street but it's really important to support small local businesses so give it a go.
