Ed's Diner, Chapelfield Shopping Mall. Had lunch here today with my Daughter and Grandchildren. Very clean, friendly staff and varied menu. Theme is American Diner and the food reflects that. Plenty of Burgers, Hotdogs etc. Children's menu absolute bargain at £3.99 for main, one side, drink and dessert! Cheaper than McDonald's! Food was good and tasty and loads of chips! Individual juke boxes on the table was a novelty and for 20p you can choose the background music! It was a fun, enjoyable lunch.

First time trying this today we were severed by Annie what a lovely lady, brilliant at her job and made us feel very welcome and food was bang on. It was nice to eat in a restaurant where all the staff seemed well organised, efficient and happy to be there. We had a start main, thick shake and bottomless drink came to roughly £27 a head well worth the money.

Fantastic service and food. Had an impromptu visit on a busy Saturday lunchtime and thought we’d have to wait ages for food, but was so quick and delicious. Son had bacon and chicken burger, waffle fries and Mac n cheese as sides, bottomless Fanta too. He really enjoyed it and we’ll definitely go back 👍👍👍

Fantastic food and amazing service from Ed's Easy Diner, Norwich. Food was quick to arrive and absolutely delicious. I had a burger and loaded potato skins and they were amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out their way to make our visit special.

Nice place with super delicious food. We all enjoyed our lunch and would come back again.
The waiting time for the main meals are a little long as well as it is pricey.
Staff members are nice and friendly, made sure we have nice time and enjoyed our food.
Also family, children friendly. Super American style ;)

Well what can I say the staff I encountered were fantastic the food was if better quality than I ever expected .fries were great burgers were juciee loads of bacon . Offered the chef a kiss as per sign on wall .
