5 guys have been my favourite burger place joint since I tasted it for the first time. The one is Norwich is no exception as well. Such fresh burgers and fries. Friendly and helpful staff and is quite spacious with seating on 2 floors. Would definitely recommend.
I always get a custom grilled cheese! Best thing to get on the menu! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Fresh food always! Amazing atmosphere! So delicious! I love how you always get so many more extra fries!
Five guys is always lovely. Just a bit too pricey though. Also wish they offered halal. I'm sure they lose many customers because they don't offer halal. I just had a strawberry drink which was great.

Norwich five guys had loading bays opposite for 15 mins, traffic wardens are happy to ticket, even late in the evening, I saw this and shifted my car before they got me! So careful if trying to grab a cheeky five guys on the go.
Real burgers, the best fries, unlimited refills and THICC shakes. Yes they're a lot more expensive than the others, but quality is worth paying for.
Staff are always polite and the turn around time is fair considering they make orders fresh.

Seating is nice as are the facilities. We all know this is a pricey place to eat for basic food but its the experience you pay for. There are better burger places for the price, but you're paying for the name. Still enjoyable just something to consider if you're wanting a bite to eat in Norwich
First time visiting the brand. Great tasting food and assortment of drinks.
Large portions, and quick "fast food" style restaurant, you order up the counter, everything is sold individually. i would recommend the small fries, as this i'd consider a very large portion, very salty; but I thought they tasted nice. Overall I don't think I would return, but would recommend trying if you have never been. there is plenty of places to sit, and there is extra seating upstairs.
Im from Hungary, we were here in dinner time, and each of us had an amazing burger and one large spicy fries for 3. It was the best fast food i have ever had. And ofc we also tried the milkshake with whipped cream and wow...it was incredible. Love it
