Terrible services from lady staff at 3pm and shirt senior worker I had travel all way taxi for my birthday refused my birthday treat and the lady in rude way saying go to next haymarket branch also the staff male was on laptop on counter …
Costa app wasn't working. No option to add later with receipt. Rubbish bin's? Trays being left on tables- was definitely like a table service collection. Food and coffees were good and hot.
This is a nice cafe. It’s clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are pleasant. The downstairs area is particularly nicely decorated and seems to be much less busy that the other areas. I would recommend this place.
I’ve noticed that most of the time, the Costa Club card doesn’t work at this store, which means we can’t use our offers or collect points. It feels a bit suspicious, especially since this often happens during busy hours. On top of that, the staff seem to rush customers through payment, which makes the experience feel quite stressful.

Loved the place. The girl bartender was very attentive and lovely, had a lot of patience with me choosing my coffee. And also didn't let us sit down until the table was cleaned which is great service and everything done with a smile. Thank you!
