The service is amazing, even when really busy, the staff being the counter are so friendly and are always on the ball. Despite the cafe being so packed, the baristas made my coffee very quickly. I do think the prices are a bit expensive compared to other places in Norwich, but I can't fault the excellent service.

The best place in Norwich for people watching! (Does that sound creepy?) Consistently really good coffee, a nice selection of soft drinks and wines. Only tried a few of their cakes and savouries as they're often sold out and possibly don't have the largest/most tempting selection compared to other places, but what they do have is decent. Also, good service with a smile.

Lovely atmosphere for a bite to eat in a city centre location. Staff are all friendly and efficient. The lovely manager was helping her team and giving attention to the customers

A open place to sit, always lots of people and the paninis are good and lots to choose from. Can be very busy sometimes so staff often seem quite rushed (but it can't be helped). The cakes are also quite good and the cookies are delicious. A good study place.

Lovely lady unfortunately I didn't catch her name, soft brown blonde bob and glasses but she was very helpful. First time mum and unsure where to sit when breastfeeding. Calmed my nerves having individuals like herself who brought over my food and coffee and the glass of water was much appreciated.
