Pizza Hut

Fantastic, we were greeted by the manager who was very friendly and he took us through the online booking and then showed us to our table. The other staff members were so busy but had a smile for everyone. The food was great as always. I would recommend the Chaplefield Pizza hut to anyone. Top work guys, top work.

We stopped here for a late lunch and found that it was still quite busy. We were seated after a short wait and the app based ordering system was clearly laid out for us. The food was hot and fresh just as you would expect and it arrived quickly. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and seemed happy, which is always welcome.

Covid measures spoilt our visit. No problem with face coverings or having to sanitize hands. But seriously, only option for ordering your food is via a website not to a waiter/ waitress. Then you must pay by card over the internet and you are asked if you want to tip the staff for their services which at this point you haven't had. Only interaction with waiting staff is when your food is delivered. Cutlery and menus are taken from trays by the customer but all other items including drinks, teaspoons, plates etc delivered by staff so what's the point in not letting them take the order. Felt more like a fast food drive through than a normal pizza hut experience. Fault of company policy not staff who did as they had been trained. Food was good but you gotta be lucky to get a table without a lengthy wait or pre order table online but only available for 3 days time (!) What ever happened to spontaneity. Book 3 days in advance or stand for ages in a queue - c'mon there must be a better way.....

Amazing restaurant when you feel hungry and in mood too eat too many pizza or delicious salad or pasta pizza hut is best option. On weekdays upto 3pm they have buffet for adult it is 7.5£. So will say definitely their buffet is awesome with cost. Quality is also on its best, they keep on preparing fresh pizza for buffet service. Must try place.

I had the vegan pizza which has loads of veg with pulled jackfruit on it and vegan cheese. It's amazing. They give you a free salad bar when you order a main which is fabulous and I always abuse this. Also the free squash refill is just great, I love coming here. The environment is friendly and relaxed and the scenery near the window is beautiful to look out and people watch whilst you have your pizza. I recommend coming here so very much.

I met my mum in Norwich. And we went to the pizza hut in chapel fields. We both had the buffet and a drink, and it was absolutely lovely and we both enjoyed them. And the waitress was very friendly and helpful, especially for my mum who is disabled and she found us a table where we had plenty of room, and near to the pizza counter, and she carried my.
