Popped in for a cappuccino and also invested in a travel mug and had a pleasant visit and the staff were friendly and welcoming and won't hesitate in visiting again.

Located on the corner of the market square.
A large Costa with a basement seating area for quite a few people.
Two toilets. The ground floor toilet is always open and doesn't usually require any passcode to unlock.
Usually has a queue, especially around mid day. Be ready to wait for a few minutes to get served.
All the usual selections of coffee and snacks, including various baps and sandwiches for a slightly fuller eating experience.
Staff are quick and efficient at getting orders out.

Went to the Norwich Market place one was looking forward to a Easter hot chocolate with a free kit kat bunny, upon reaching the counter I was informed they had run out of the free bunny, when I asked what they were replacing it with I was told nothing, my drink had already been ordered I told staff how disappointed I was but they didn't seem to know what to do and asked for payment, there was no apology and continued with the next customer. I felt let down as they are still advertising for a free bunny. Won't be visiting there any time soon.

A great Costa branch with top-notch coffee, cleanliness, seating and service.
Been visiting mostly every week for my coffee fix, recently enjoying the Chocolate Orange hot chocolate and the Toblerone variant. Otherwise, they have a great selection of coffees, teas, and cold drinks for the warm weather.
The cleanliness of the seating is always outstanding, with an array of seating to access for eating and drinking in.
The service is always great and wait times are decent both in quiet and busy times of the day.
5* will continue to use this branch for well needed coffee breaks.

Definitely the location is fantastic and ideal. The ambiance is good and modern. The service is average, nothing special at all as a matter of fact you will feel rush and the feeling of get out of my face after you've paid. Sorry but it is what I've experienced for so many times I've been there, the reason I still visit the place is proximity to my place and also being do some computer works online while enjoying a cup of coffee and slice of cake.

This is a nice cafe. It’s clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are pleasant. The downstairs area is particularly nicely decorated and seems to be much less busy that the other areas. I would recommend this place.

First time I've been in a Costa since pandemic and I wasn't disappointed. The two members of staff worked as a team and was efficient and friendly.
