We love getting teas from here, they're always so friendly and polite when we visit them. We sometimes get teas delivered to us whilst at home and we always look out for the cute drawing that comes with our order. Keep spreading the joy.

Tried for the first time on Tuesday, manager was very attentive and gave recommendations, wow I had the blue haiwaii and it was amazing. Went back again today as enjoyed it that much, well had 2 blue haiwaiis today. Will be back again tomorrow. Absolutely amazing 💯

I've been ordering from Moyas for over a year and their drinks variety and quality is fab. I definitely recommend the vanilla iced latte or galaxy lime!

I recently visited Moya Bubble Tea, and I must say it's conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it the perfect stop during a leisurely walk. They offer a self-service kiosk, which adds to the ease of ordering. The place is impeccably clean, and what you see in their photos is exactly what you get. The staff is highly professional, all wearing name badges and with friendly smiles. The tea they serve is absolutely delicious.

I ordered the matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls and it’s honestly one of the best authentic bubble tea I have ever had in the UK.I have tried plenty of bubble tea my whole life in Asian and this bubble tea is so close to the ones from Asia.I could taste the matcha and tea in the bubble tea drink.Highly recommend and I will definitely be back for more.

Amazing staff wasn’t sure what to order so went for a strawberry drink children didn’t like it so ordered the Nutella drink and to my surprise they didn’t charge me honestly this was so kind of them. Thank you and hope your business goes strength to strength

Speedy service from friendly staff. Only thing....they don't take Amex 🫥 But the tea is delightful and the atmosphere is hip and trendy with its Korean music blasting over the speakers. A fun shop.

My favourite bubble tea place. Definitely the best in Norwich, it’s been hard to find anything that beats in the UK. My usual is the iced vanilla latte but I’ve not found a drink on their menu I don’t like! The staff are all super friendly as well which is always nice. It can get a little busy sometimes but I think this has got slightly better after their second store opened.

A very nice bubble tea
However, on there menu it had one price but the bubbles which I thought we included in the drink were extra and it automatically upgrades to a large drink which cost extra without any choice of size. So what would have been a £4.90 drink turned out to be £6 but a very nice drink all the same
