An excellent value for money venue. Friendly staff, all in a 12th century building. Entertainment on certain evening, either live music, or DJs.

A truly hidden gem of Norwich.
An undercroft venue for music, parties, clubs or whatever.
Membership scheme is in place to increase revenue but non-members welcomed.
Whilst artists are performing, be respectful and refrain from chatting throughout as it spoils the expectations for the other folk and the gig may be recorded for the venue and the artist, so your voice is not really needed as a narrative.
Drinks are inexpensive at the nook bar.
Enjoy this unusual and charming space, ticked away and only for those in the know.

I really love this local bar and entertainment venue. The staff are friendly, the drinks are great value, and the entertainment is a nice way to spend an evening. Keep up the variety!

Really enjoyable evening in the beautiful undercroft, listening to the eclectic mix of live music. We will definitely be returning as places like this need supporting or we run the risk of losing them.

This place is definitely a hidden gem and deserves to be a well known venue. It offers live music and poetry open mic events. I had the best wedding reception here! (admittedly several years ago) Back then it was quirky and offered a lovely intimate space for our small wedding party. Go visit, you won't be disappointed.

I love the uniqueness of this bar. It wou6be a perfect Halloween party location. The Undercroft cabaret is fantastic there so you should definitely go and watch it
