Went there yesterday. Asked for 3 sausage and bacon bagettes. Paid for them and had to wait for bacon to cook and ended up with 3 bacon bagettes. I found this out when I was back at work. Greggs has enough money without overcharging for their mistakes. However. This won't stop me going back there. The food is great and the staff are eager to please. I'll just be checking future orders before leaving the shop.
