Fillmore and Union is an excellent place that caters for all food tolerances/diets. A great plus is they have a lot of vegan food for breakfast, lunch and some of the large meals for dinner.
I highly recommend the cacou waffle it comes with fresh fruit and is both filling and incredibly reasonably priced.
