Didn't have food just had coffee it wasn't to the usual high standard

I popped in last week for coffee and mince pie and a place to get some work done. There were plenty of options of places to sit including places where I could plug my phone and laptop in as well. I sat in the warmth and comfort working for over 2 hours with a coffee and a mince pie. I was even able to log on to the free Wi-Fi so that I could get my work done. It was ideal.
The only disappointment was the mince pie as it just wasn't that good!

Chilled out atmosphere with relaxing jazz as background music. Main toilets downstairs, disabled toilet on ground floor. 👍

If you want to grab a cup of coffee before work or just to go on a quick walk then NERO would be the place for you. The coffee is not the best but it is better than a lot of other places. This branch specifically knows how to make a good cup of coffee.

Not been to Caffe Nero's for a long while. I enjoyed a tea without milk and a slice of carrot cake, both were delicious and a fair price. Thankyou.

Althoughy special request for coffee with pistachio was fulfilled and the staff was friendly, there were some questionable characters inside which made the atmosphere a bit awkward.
