The ham and cheese toastie was smashing followed by a berry granola yoghurt and latte coffee. Staff very polite. Will call again when I go to theatre next week.

Get a stamp for a coffee or two if you use a reusable cup. They don't charge extra for soy milk either.

Great coffee and food at Cafe Nero. Nice and warm while snowing outside. Staff are very pleasant and help each other with multi orders. Great to see good teamwork.

Very cosy, nice atmosphere and has an 'underground' feel to it. Comfortable seating, suitable for meeting with friends or just relaxing. I look for coffee shops that are good for reading, and this one is the best I've found so far. I could read and drink tea or coffee here for hours. Didn't give 5 stars because the food is quite pricey, but they do have a wide range of food options, especially the sweet treats!

Calm atmosphere, no loud music. Often busy, but very nice staff and great drinks options. Their loyalty card app is very handy. Good iced coffee range.
