Visited ur Nottingham branch had a lovely had a yummy breakfast this morning . Was served by Aleena who was very helpful and demonstrated outstanding customer service. I’m sure we were very demanding customer but her service was with a smile . Enjoyed our visit!

Absolutely stunning food, the Nutella wrap and the cheesecakes are so lovely. The tea is just something you crave after having it. I have to say I’ve been to many chaiwallas but the food at the notts one is to a different standard. And the service. No long wait times either and the staff are really friendly.

This probably is the smallest Chaiwaala I have ever visited. An ok place to have quick breakfast. Food was good though. Why don't you guys have student discount ? If you reconsider the location, it would be a banger.

Wow - The flavours of the meals here are incredible! The pallet of flavours and tasty level of spice was perfect, wish I could try everything on the menu. Would definitely come here again!

Lovely cozy cafe, staff are friendly. Desi breakfast is really nice. Karak chaii is the best.

We really enjoyed our desi breakfast 😊😊😊. Was amazing n a lovely staff. Bless her ☺️. Quite busy when we reached there abt 11am. Still we got our hot breakfast n tea with a smile 🥰 lovely place to sit in

Had karak coffee it was ok I'll stick to ths chai nxt time Good friendly service Nice atmosphere Tables were sticky could have cleaned them.. wasnt to busy staff a bit lazy

*****Recently I visited again and this place has improved so much.The service is great now and a special shout out to Hina who provided us a great customer service.There is more variety and love the Bombay sandwich and samose.***** I was really looking forward to visit this joint and I entered with great enthusiasm.But my enthusiasm died when I received one of the poor customer service I received off late.We had to ask to get our table cleared and still no one bothered to wipe our messy table.The service was cold and our cola warm. But I would like to mention the food portions were good and well presented.Also tasted good and was reasonably priced.Will I go back, yes but would prefer a take away.
