Just received my new Ultra Limited, delivered to my door. The staff at Robin Hood were incredibly helpful and made the whole buying experience very easy.

The central call centre booked my bike in with the Chesterfield branch by mistake!
(Shows it is better to go into the branch rather than to speak with a call centre!)
Despite this and clearly being a very busy team they fitted me in for the MOT and did it while I waited.
Friendly conversations during the whole visit and nice to see a very clean and tidy store, the cleaner was also very friendly. There is no wonder there were so many customers in just after 8:30, all getting the same great service I was.
Thanks again all for sorting out what would have been a nightmare situation if you couldn't have helped as you did.

Superb from 1st visit to collection, no pressure sales in a lovely purpose built showroom. Great selection of bikes & accessories. Free tea & coffee & spotless toilets etc. I got a great deal & very happy with the bike (my 1st Harley after many years of sports bikes). My sales guy Simon was quick to answer any questions i had either on the phone or via email. Also many thanks to Brenna for all her patience & knowledge in the clothing department.
The team were really friendly and welcoming, offering coffee and conversation, making the whole experience of purchasing a new bike, a pleasurable one!
Despite the 60 miles trip to get there, I will be returning for servicing and more coffee 😉
Can’t recommend this place enough, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I ended up buying a beautiful CVO Electra Glide at a very good price, the bike was delivered to my door a week later and was exactly as described, from start to finish perfect service.
Very skilled and experienced staff. Their about £10 an hour more than Uppingham Harley, but I can't knock their service.
