Horrendous customer service.
Tried to phone up to book a table using a voucher deal, but the staff had no knowledge about the deal and when I suggested they spoke to the manager in case they might know more about it, he sighed loudly and said he was too busy and "do I want to book a table or not?". When I asked to speak to the manager due to his rudeness the manager came on the phone, only to have a conversation with another member of the team for 5 minutes ignoring my attempts to get her attention.When she decided to listen to me, I told her how rude her employee had been, only for her to say "what do you expect, he's 17". Awful customer service, I can't comment on the food as I didn't get so far as to book a table!
