Ordered online for the first time for a large cookie, and picked it up at a time i chosen, it was so easy , definitely the way to go for choosing what you want your cookie to look like as you can see the design and colours before you order

Great experience. I was feeing particularly down and one of the staff members gave me the laugh that I needed! He also gave me excellent advice on how to get to another section of Nottingham. I think his name was Finn - he had brown floppy hair. Excellent customer service from the young man and I hope his manager sees this!

I ordered a cookie and an employee named Shannon helped me and was very patient with me as I was not sure with what I wanted. She talked me through how the process is done and the options that are available to me. She was the most helpful and polite individual.
