A lovely cosy place, perfect to spend an afternoon unwinding while enjoying some crafts and luscious baked goods.
I’ve been to Debbie Bryan several times for crafternoons and workshops and always enjoy my time there. The owner Debbie along with her team are warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and happy to help.
The desserts also never fail to impress as they are always delicious.
Overall, a great experience!
I attended an art workshop at Debbie Bryan at Nottingham Lace Market last week and had a fabulous time. It was easy to find, a convenient location and the people were very friendly. The shop itself was open and well spaced, there was a mix of many beautiful thins to choose from. I had a coffee and homemade cakes that were delicious also. The atmosphere for the workshop was great , just the right number of people to be able to learn and try everything within the allowed time. I would definitely recommend attending a workshop here.
Booked in for Afternoon tea to celebrate a friend's 50th Birthday. From start to finish the atmosphere was warm and inviting . The sandwiches and scones were fresh and a good variety of cakes were offered, with the option of boxing up for taking home with you. A few of us had the vegetarian afternoon tea and one had the gluten free , which she said was delicious. Would highly recommend.
Booked a Crafternoon (tea light painting) for myself and my mum - we had an amazing time! Staff were sooo friendly and we were set up with everything we needed. We weren't rushed at all and loved the whole experience (yummy brownies!). The place itself is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We will be back :)
Had a wonderful afternoon of craft! The venue is beautifully decorated and so lovely inside. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.
We chose the ceramic coaster painting session and it was very fun and quite easy. We got the deal that includes a drink and a cake, which was yummy.
Would 100% recommend.
An excellent experience. I haven’t had so much fun for a while. The ginger whiskey cocktail and camomile cake was divine. I’ll be taking advantage of these crafternoons again.
Debbie Bryan is the best place in Nottingham for vegan afternoon tea, can always rely on excellent quality and good portions. I've been to many places in Nottinghamshire but always come back to Debbie Bryan if I'm booing an afternoon tea, just can't be beat! The staff are wonderful too, very friendly and personable, attentive but not smothering and happy to accommodate any request. They are genuinely committed to a fabulous customer experience and strive to ensure that everyone is catered for. Really can't recommend this venue enough.
A wonderful gem of a cafe. Tea, hot chocolate and fantastic cake in what is probably the most artistically interesting cafe in Nottingham. Located through a shop selling a wide range of high quality, unique, hand made craft items reflecting the Lace Market's history.
We planned an afternoon tea out with the girls and it was absolutely lovely. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and the space was cosy. Would highly recommend for a nice day out!
My work team and I attended a ceramic painting session here on Friday afternoon and we loved it. It was just what we all needed, and really brought out our creative side. We were all so pleased with the outcome of our ceramic creations, and loved the additions of a warm drink and a brownie. I personally want to say thank you for catering to my difficult allergies (dairy, nuts and soya) It’s very rare that I feel involved when other people are able to have sweet treats so thank you for making us all feel so included and welcome.
The studio is beautiful and I can’t wait to stop by in the future for another crafternoon! :)
