We have been to this branch a few times and we always go when it's quiet. The food is always lovely and the customers service is amazing. Lewis's customer service standards are extremely high and one of the best I have experienced. He is always welcoming and seems to go the extra mile. Because of this we will continue to visit.
This Burger King has great parking which is close to the restaurant with a variety of offers and food. The service was quick and the food was good although with Burger King in your burgers you don’t get anything additional you only get cheese and beef patty rather than some other chains which have sauce and vegetables although this is a personal preference I find the burger quite dry. Overall good and speedy service with great parking.
Went in tonight with a friend and had a great meal. Staff were super friendly and the food was delicious as always. This Burger King in particular is quickly becoming my favourite fast food restaurant in town. Would highly recommend
Ordered two orders via the app for click and collect. Was ready within 5 mins of arriving. And we were greeted by a lovely lady named Tia. She was chatty and kept us updated on our order: great customer service.
Tia was exceptionally fantastic! Her hospitality skills were impeccable and she really made my day. Thank you very much. Tia, I really enjoyed the food, Andrew on the other hand came round and was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable how he spoke to Tia telling her he's doing his head in she deserver better after her amazing customer service!!!
Very quick service, friendly and helpful staff, nicely prepared food which we enjoyed. The first time a BK server has confirmed to me that the Whopper is only plant based, not vegan. I was already aware, but really appreciate that thoughtful warning. The restaurant was really clean, on a really quiet Sunday, toilets were also clean and there is lots of parking.
Came through the drive thru and was served by Lewis, he has amazing customer service! Very polite and well mannered! Food was freshly made too
This one cooked the Plant Whoppers fresh to order, unlike my previous experience at other Burger Kings. Great food. Great Service.
I've used this Burger King a few times and the staff here have always delivered a good service. I had been put off BK, since one of the M6 services ones sold me an inedible dry Plant Whopper.
I was using the Doritos offer and found the process online tedious and frustrating and I didn't think the code would be accepted in store but the Team Leader at this one got it sorted
I had a very pleasant experience when I came here a few nights ago. I believe it was my first ever time having a burger king which led me to ask for recommendations from a staff member named Ben. He was extremely polite and helpful which made my experience a great one. Definitely would come back!
Clean, very friendly staff, fast service and food was made up to standard. I have to take away a star because they only had 2 high chairs. Those are cheap to buy and you know places like Burger King attract a lot of families with toddlers. Step up and dont be so cheap, buy more high chairs for your restaurant.
