Exactly what I expect from a fast food establishment. We pop in to treat my little boy as a treat as he had been really good school. Food was good, the safe was polite, the food was speedy. I like to use the touch screens to order as I don't feel like I have to rush. And it wasn't too busy at the time.

Good food but frequent mistakes with orders ie. Lost 2 of 6 nuggets, dietary requirements mixed up sometimes so check orders carefully

The time it takes for them to make your food differs greatly. They seem to have improved recently and made my food as quickly as 2 minutes.
Seating on ground floor and upstairs is now usually open. But basement/downstairs seating is almost always closed because of having a lack of staff and customers.
Food is average for any fast food. Acquired taste from anything else but nothing really going for burger King other than their flame grilled promise which is a lie

Rikki who served us tonight was so friendly .the food was really nice .the dorito hot fries are tasty .also the chilli cheese bites were hot and fresh .but rikki was the QUEEN of the place .lol in his own words .really nice to us he was .keep up the good work pal

Burger King has always been in my top list whenever I crave fast food. I love how friendly the staff are. I would like to give big shout out to the front girl 'Hiba' who is always there with the brightest smile and serving with such positive vibe.

Great food. Absolutely delicious. I had a whopper meal and it was so nice. It was,,£ 7.99 with fries and drink medium. It was so nice and I will definitely be going back there again. Situation near the Square in Nottingham town centre. If you want a decent burger this is the place to go
