Employee's were friendly and even continued to be polite while another patron was down right nasty. However, I stopped in to pick up two cannolis, my total came to $9.74 (a little pricey). I was very disappointed when I arrived home to see what an almost $5 cannoli looked like. ** what the picture doesn't show you is the center is hollow too**
