I ordered door dash and my order was totally wrong not even the right yogurt flavor or toppings! Had to get into my car and go to sweet frog told the girl everything that had happened and that I was the door dasher she told me to contact door dash well I don’t feel it’s their fault you made the order completely wrong!!!!!??i had to buy the right yogurt with correct toppings ! Where is the customer service ?????????

Place was dirty. There was no reason for it to be so dirty on a slow Sunday afternoon. The cashier was so bored & bothered by our presence. She sucked the joy right out of our the visit.
And customers are required to reach their hands into an open bin of spoons, like it's completely sanitary. Spoiler Alert: It. Is. Not.

What's not to love?
My only suggestion is to get lid/toppers that fit the containers.

Always offering specials. Just wish they'd get a good "chocolate" FROYO. They do offer a wide variety of toppings and the young people working there are always pleasant and helpful.

Decent place. Half the machines weren't working and those that were working were a mess. Heard others commenting on the number of machines down for the past multiple trips they've been there too.

It was ok. Half their frozen yogurt machines were out or not stocked. Some of the toppings didn’t have spoons or labels. The table top was so loose it teetered back and forth the whole time.
