I’ve only ordered a couple times from Fratellos but I’m sold now. The pizza is absolutely delicious. Piled with toppings, and great recipe. What really makes this place great is the customer service. I placed an order tonight for the Full House pizza. I failed to look at what that actually comes with just assuming it was your standard supreme pizza. I got a call soon after placing my order to confirm the toppings and they immediately listed the toppings that are most commonly removed from the full house. Like anchovies, pineapple and hot stuff. Seriously don’t think many other places would take the effort to ensure the order was exactly as you wanted. They went above and beyond and seriously saved me since the pizza was for a family dinner for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Needless to say the dinner would not have gone quite as well if my original order had been delivered as it was. Thanks for the save and the amazing pizza. You have a customer for life.

Pizza is good. Different from Papa Jon and Piza hut pizza which is same everywhere. Only issue was 3 tomatoes for an entire salad. Fries and pizza good though.

It was quick but that is the only nice thing I can say. The cheese feels like chewing plastic. As you can see form the pictures, it’s disgusting! I don’t understand how there are so many high reviews when this is the quality they provide.

Usually love their food but got 20 old bay wings and they tasted as if they had been frozen and had a bad aftertaste, the pizza was good.

That was the most wonderful Chicken Parmesan sub and fries in years. Extremely fresh to order, Staff was extremely friendly I'm definitely going bed.
