This location gave me another person coffee order covered the old sticker with mine just plain coffee nothin i ordred. The bagel smelled and tasted chemically did not eat it. Did not send my second bagel i asked for hot coffee got cold. Snack bacon was old first time ordering from this location specifically for a drink it offered. With tip spent 45 on garbage. I got 21 back from doordash. Terrified my bagel is going to make me sick.

Went thru the drive-thru this morning, placed an order for an scoop of icecream. Get to the window they took my money gave me my change...Waiting, still waiting someone comes to window & hands me an tea....I didnt order, I explain to the lady.She walks off, another comes & askes my order.I tell her my order, she walks off I hoping to complete it.3 workers stand there just laughing doing nothing 3 more minutes go by, I honk, they ignore me.Ok..I ask for an refund, she try's to hand me my 10min icecream...I say no I would life an refund.She than proceeds to tell me if I want my money I better get out my car & come get it.I remind her that she's not using customer service equitte nor I'm I getting out my car in the rain.She walks away another lady comes to the winsdow,gives me my money rudely,I ask for an receipt.She refused to give me her name or my receipt. Never again

If I could gave a negative 10, I would have. I visited this location with my son to place an order for his birthday cake. I have spoken to a lady on the phone, and she assured me that I could put my order in. I drove to the location to place my order, and Dikchya refused to wait on me. I explained to him, and he turned around and started talking in his language to Humma. I asked them why they would refuse service to a paying customer. They both laughed and continued to speak in their dialect. I asked for the manager, and they stated they were not there. I told them I will be writing to the store manager, on every platform, and to corporate. If this is what Baskin Robins condone, lousy customer service, then I refuse to shop here and will tell others. This could have ruined my so's birthday. However, I drove to another one, 8802 Belair Rd, and they gave fantastic service.

One of the employee refused to serve us because we told him that the customer service is not professional and disrespectful!! Can you imagine that !! He even threatened us to call the police !! Really !!!!!! You will call the police because someone told you that your service is not professional and rude !!! I was surprised by his attitude but I can see clearly from the comments here that the bad attitude is not something new about this branch. I will never come back to this place and I want to say to that employee who lied on us, shame on you to ask us to come from the drive through window to inside to talk then you closed the door !!! Shame on you

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The people working there are so rude they don’t even respect their customers. In fact, one of them tried to call the police when I was argue with hem about my order. What a cheap, unprofessional, silly move. So, if you went there please be careful, they might call the police !!
