Burger King

It seems like this location has a lot of turnover, which speaks for itself. The lady who took our order wasn't very friendly, and would often shout out her instructions/questions. We're not hard of hearing; she's just not enunciating her words through her mask. Anyway, there was quite a wait, even though there was only one order before us. Later, we realized that the cashier ignored the coupon we surrendered for our order, so we ended up overpaying. Overall, we will not be returning to this location again.

For starters, I had to wait for more than 24 minutes on the line as they were preparing my food to the point where the line became so packed. Not to mention, I was observing the main kitchen only to see 3-4 workers there working SLOWLY as possible as the woman in the cashier is doing her best. I hope the cashier that served me got paid a lot due to her hard work, but the rest however is very disappointing to see and the cooks worked so slow to the point where I also saw at least 2-4 customers leave.

Would not recommend! Rayshawn and another girl whose name they refused to give (large, light skinned, blonde hair) were horrible! We asked for 2 frozen drinks (only 2 options- Coke & Cherry Fanta). We asked for Fanta but apparently the answer she was looking for was cherry. She raised her voice at us but was mute when we got to the window. Rayshawn took over once she lost her cool & was equally as obtuse & rude. If Coke is one of only 2 options & we said Fanta...obviously we wanted Fanta as was advertised on the sign. We canceled our order & confronted the "manager" Rayshawn at the window. When asked for a card he scribbled the headquarters # on a paper. We went to the Burger King down the street & ordered the exact same way & were given our Fanta Cherry's and excellent service. This store needs to invest in customer service training & a lesson on deductive reasoning.
