Served by the most charming of barmen a wonderful Ale. My girlfreind had a stupendously delicious cocktail. The crowd was really friendly - so friendly that one of the punters showed us some magic for 1/2 an hour so that was really good!

My 40th birthday party was held at The Winchester and we all had a fabulous time! The staff were so helpful when organising everything in advance, they let me family decorate with balloons & banners, and they were brilliant on the night itself too. We had an area on the top decking reserved which accommodated my guests well with plenty of seating, and we had a lot of fun in the Karaoke room! I wanted a venue that wasn't a closed off room with no atmosphere and I think the space at The Winchester worked really well. I would highly recommend this venue for your special event :-)

Had to leave a bit early than scheduled as the football games being shown (due my sensitive ears) the noise got too much for me) which was a shame but never mind. These things happen. Will be back again but when there's football games happening

Everything is cooked fresh to order.
There was a little wait, but that's to be expected being their first day.
It's located below their upstairs bar.
We enjoyed our first visit as we managed to get the last remaining seats as they were very busy.
Our dogs, Freddie and Bobby, liked watching all the action, too.
