Lovely little place.. we came in as a group of 12. Had a lovely lad serving us, always pleasant and smiling. Took a while for food, but there were a lot of us. I had a Sunday dinner and, for some reason, found it extremely salty and couldn't finish it. But then again, everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs.

Took my mum for dinner on Sunday. I told the lady that served us that it was one of the best Sunday dinners I'd ever had. It was absolutely beautiful. Food was excellent, all the staff were very helpful and polite and everything was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning customers. Excellent.

Theakstons Best & Wainwright's are the main "beers" & Heineken & Moretti.
Food excellent home cooked, braising steak & the cheese & onion pie were spot on !
Most impressive was the service , the staff were very attentive & really keen to serve ASAP & not keep you waiting, & remembered your last drinks.
Keen & polite is rare these days !
