The hotel is clean and fresh and the staff was amazing. I arrived with my little sister to take her to London for the day. The staff went above and beyond to help me and left a little gift in the room for my sister.

All in all great stay! Service was great, couldn't fault the staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Overall a good stay, clean spacious room & very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and helpful, early check in was great. Breakfast was a good price but we were there on a busy Sunday morning and the buffet style hot food kept running out, they could not keep up with demand on that day which left us sitting around for a while.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Could do with more pillows.
Service has been absolutely exceptional. From sorting an extra key with a joke and a smile, navigating really tricky food intolerances to provide a surprisingly delicious feast (I've paid £50 for less well prepared steaks than I had for under £20) the staff here are friendly, kind and go above and beyond.
The location is a bit odd, surrounded by a shopping centre (our window view is of a service yard 😆 but has a handy supermarket, range of eateries and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful for a town centre location
