The hotel is clean and fresh and the staff was amazing. I arrived with my little sister to take her to London for the day. The staff went above and beyond to help me and left a little gift in the room for my sister.

We have had many stays at this hotel for an extended period due to unforeseen delays in our construction project. Highly recommended! Nicola, John and the amazing team at Premier Inn Orpington have always ensured that our needs are met. Nicola manages this hotel with exceptional professionalism and a commitment to customer service. She really cares and you know it. Our daughter received a surprise present for her birthday and it was just one example of the kindness we experienced. The Housekeeping team work hard to keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean. We hope that Nicola will be provided with the resources this hotel needs to maintain its very high standards. Thank you to the entire team.

As with all premier inns. It was clean and tidy. No on site parking but you can park at the nearest multi story (Walnuts centre) breakfast as usual the 9.50 all you can eat (2 kids free). Staff friendly. Have stayed on a few separate occasions now and have never been disappointed.

Very nice Manager Marjan. Staff in restaurant good. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Buffet style but lovely selection. Parking not on site but in secure car park, easily accessible. Rooms basic but clean and well appointed. Bathroom squeaky clean. View from room pretty naff onto the back of Sainsburys, But at the end of the day this is a premier Inn, not the Dorchester. If you are after a no frills, comfortable and clean stay This is it. Very good, and very quiet considering its location.

Enjoyed our stay very nice reception. Easy stay. Everything was as expected. Parking was slightly stressful for me because I didn't want my car locked up in a garage overnight.

Overall a good stay, clean spacious room & very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and helpful, early check in was great. Breakfast was a good price but we were there on a busy Sunday morning and the buffet style hot food kept running out, they could not keep up with demand on that day which left us sitting around for a while.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Could do with more pillows.
Service has been absolutely exceptional. From sorting an extra key with a joke and a smile, navigating really tricky food intolerances to provide a surprisingly delicious feast (I've paid £50 for less well prepared steaks than I had for under £20) the staff here are friendly, kind and go above and beyond.
The location is a bit odd, surrounded by a shopping centre (our window view is of a service yard 😆 but has a handy supermarket, range of eateries and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful for a town centre location

Not a bad little hotel in the middle of town.
Parking is in the shopping centre car park and wad easy but there is a short walk to make so need to be prepared for that.
The room was ok but did smell I little of smoke so not the best.
Otherwise we slep well with baby there too and everyone woke up happy.
Always easy with premire inn. Thanks.

Typical Premier Inn, clean and comfortable but what really sets it apart is the customer service and the food.
I stayed there recently for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and the staff are superb.
Very attentive and friendly at all times and a special mention for the chef.
He seemed to be working all the time, there in the morning doing breakfast and again in the evening doing dinner and always had a smile for you.
Really nice guy, thought he was Polish but he's actually Brazilian.
The chicken wings and the ribs are amazing, had them every night for the time I was there and whilst it's a limited menu every main I had was cooked and presented superbly.
Well done Premier Inn, I've stayed at quite a few in my time and service here has been the best so far.
