Stopped off on drive home from South Wales. Wish we hadn't tbh. Service was slow, food (chicken sandwitch meal) was meh and restaurant area wasn't clean. Car park run down also, and smelled of diesel. Needs some TLC! …

Excellent food, I do think this place needs to be better signposted so people know that it's behind the tourist information building, it's fairly well hidden there. Some extra floor signs saying the place is through past this will really help with business and profits. There used to also be a Little Chef here, but this closed in 2018.
Restaurant was lovely and tidy, kitchen looked very presentable and clean. Food made fresh to order, staff pleasant and welcoming.

Even though this Burger King that I went to wasn't the cleanest and not well maintained and looked after, mainly with the outside of the building. But the staff were friendly and quick in getting our food ready and the Chicken Royale was really tasty.
Not that it's Burger Kings fault but the car park here is soooo bad! Pot holes over a foot deep! Luckily I was in the van and had good ground clearance! The building in which this BK is located is tired and run down, obviously a complete lack of any maintenance. Food was served hot so no complaints there. Staff could do with smiling.
