Pity the fire wasn't lit, apart from that I'd highly recommend especially as it is dog friendly, even in the restaurant area, top marks from my 2 boys for that. Special menu had slow cooked beef blade, very nice.

Had a very enjoyable reunion lunch with six old friends. The food was good and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

We went last Sunday as a last minute plan. We did not have any reservations.. But luckily the manager accommodated us. The place is buzzing and quite popular. I lives upto it's name. We had an excellent Sunday lunch. The food was well presented and extremely tasty. The service was friendly yet very efficient. The clientele is a mixture of young and old . All in all a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon.I would definitely recommend the Seven Stars pub for an unparalleled gourmet destination.

We booked for sunday lunch after visiting arboretum. Recommend the Crispy duck salad starter, we had delicious roast beef and chicken, they served plenty of veg and york puds. Apple and rhubarb crumble and custard very comforting 😊Service very friendly and quick, atmosphere relaxed. Will be going back.

Had a great meal at the Seven Stars , staff were very welcoming friendly and polite. We had the daily special which was Brisket Pie with chips vegetables and gravy it was delicious ! Thoroughly recommend paying the seven stars a visit

A great pub in a lovely village. I’ve been twice since the new management took over and the food is simply amazing. This time I had one of the specials: chicken supreme and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Definitely good value for money.

Lovely pub/restaurant, welcoming with a good ambiance.
Had the Fish and chips/cheeseburger today. Outstanding! Lovely, professional front of house staff. Of course it’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny for such good cooking and presentation. We didn’t have dessert, too full from the very generous mains.Excellent coffee too. Good Luck Namit, you deserve it.

Very friendly place, casual atmosphere, welcoming, good service and very good food. A nice range of menu items. The pea and asparagus risotto was perfectly cooked—creamy and soft rice with form vegetables. The wings were also excellent. We we just have a light meal so did not spend much.

We had visited for drinks in the past but decided to have food on this occasion - incredible. Not only are the team friendly, accommodating and dog-friendly, the kitchen team are clearly very talented. The food was delivered quickly and tasted incredible - we highly recommend the chocolate moose which is one of the best desserts we have had. We will definitely be coming more often for more!
