Really nice meal. Wasn't a massive fan of the red lighting but not a huge issue. Service was very quick and our waiter (Tony?) was lovely.

Service was polite, friendly and welcoming. Food as always was top quality. Toilets spotless. On a hot bank holiday and walked from Kidlington to Oxford via the canal, the gentleman who welcomed us got us all a jug full of water and gave us time to cool off before taking our order. Absolutely love personal service like this and will be returning.

Used a voucher from travel zoo, and ordered from the 'voucher menu' which was disappointingly short of choices, however chose well from what was available, topped up with other 'main menu' options and enjoyed a very well priced meal out. Would recommend the restaurant, location is slightly out of main heart of Oxford, but within a reasonable walking distance.

Went for cheese afternoon tea .It was given to us as a gift. We went early 1.30pm and had it for lunch It was very nice and more than enough food for lunch. The glass of house wine was very good.

For a 5 o'clock seating it was relatively spacious, but without feeling empty. Service was speedy and jovial, and helpful with the offer used for the meal. The atmosphere was an authentic French feel, along with the music, lighting and décor. The food itself came relatively speedily, and was of very high quality when arrived, the burger had a good consistency and filling, the meat was well cooked with a nice texture, and salad was also of good quality. Overall a very satisfying experience.

This is the best Café Rouge in the country. All of the waiting staff are fantastic but especially the one very enthusiastic guy, he has made my night every time I have visited. The food is just as good as any other cafe rouge but the atmosphere makes the difference

Enjoyed every minute of my time here. Loved the atmosphere. Good service. Ordered vegetarian breakfast, it is delicious. Staff very friendly. Definitely coming back.

Good service and nice restaurant. I had the Rouge Burger which was a little over cooked, but tasty and came with chips that were actually hot in temperature. A bit pricey for what you get, but good if you have a voucher. Restaurants nearby are better.
