From Tommy and family - Thankyou so much for a really great evening. We absolutely loved the food and were so impressed not only by the staff's knowledge of the menu and ability to advise, but also for their patience and the time they took to make sure we (a very tired 3 year old Tommy) enjoyed ourselves. The effort that Donna made to lift Tommy's mood so that we could all appreciate our rare evening out was second to none, we have never recieved such sincere and generous service. We also want to thank Chloe, who after discovering we had a host of allergies, sat with us as soon as we were seated and highlighted everything we could eat on menu which, very rarely, was a large amount of it. Chloe also went away to double check ingredients but the fact she knew off the top of her head what was safe, was amazing. We have never recieved service like this and will recommend Pho to everyone, particularly people with allergies and vegans too.

Great food even we queued yo get in so worth the wait , staff all worked really hard to get us seated and served asap, food all hot as well great job guys diffenitly coming back x
The food’s good but the service from Chico ‘s is even better. He’s friendly and has the best service mind in here.

Had such a good experience this evening - I have a peanut allergy and Rebecka was so easy going about it, such a great server, and the food was great!
I had the spicy green chicken pho (soup). At the start this seemed a bit of a misnomer but by the time I was finishing my mouth was nicely aflame. It’s great for gluten free. Partner hand the tofu and mushrooms. Family member had the chicken pho and tofu. We had summer rolls, crackers and pork meatballs. Washed down with Hanoi lager, Saigon and Beerlao. Overall very good.
I had a beef brisket Pho. The food is really tasty. Chico is very friendly and helpful. Going to visit here again!
Came here to after visiting a different branch of the restaurant and was excited to try the spicy pho. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great, but the star was our server, Rebecka. She was so lovely and just brought a really good energy to our experience! She was so helpful, especially with my friend who had never tried this kind of cuisine before and really took the time to help, and explained the dishes clearly. My friend enjoyed her food a lot and already wants to go back to try other dishes that Rebecka recommended for us! A lovely experience :)

We had pho and some cocktails. They had good nonalcoholic cocktails as well. Total was about £85 for 4.
The only downside was that I felt the dishes were light on meat. I ordered the spicy green pho with chicken, it was loaded with delicious veggies but and there was very little chicken. I felt it was the same for the other dishes we ordered. I don’t eat much meat in general but I did notice this.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant, and I can't say enough good things about our waiter. They were incredibly patient and friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual allergy when I was ordering. It made my dining experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, not just for the delicious food, but also for the exceptional service provided by their staff, especially our waiter Twiss. Thanks a lot!
