I did not sit in so cannot comment on the atmosphere. I came in at 7:00am on my way to work. Ordered a large cappuccino to go. Was served by a Chinese manager who treated me well.
We had a great a cup of latte and croissant today. I just felt really bad for a gentleman who run the busy cafe alone with only trainees. I hope Nero provides sufficient staff there.

I did order a flat white as usual, and it was good like all café Nero coffee.
The downside was it was too busy, the toilets were broken and out of service and also the Internet was not working. Vodafone didn’t have any signal inside to allow me to use my phone to share the Internet with my laptop.
