Used a Vodafone offer — £1 for a drink, which made the visit quite pleasant. The café itself is cozy with a nice atmosphere. However, regular prices feel a bit high: £3.00 for tea and £4.00 for a Flat White. Without the promotion, it’s not great value for money.
The shop is quite disorganised, with no clear queuing area — people often cut in line. I waited patiently in line, but when it was my turn, the staff served the lady behind me first, even after I politely pointed out I was next. I have no idea why, but it felt very unfair and frustrating.
The guy asked me, in the space of 90 seconds, three times if I wanted chocolate on my cappuccino. If I can remember I wanted chocolate so can you. I call him out on it which seemed to annoy him. I don't think he understands why. The coffee is your standard Nero but the service was very poor.
Coffee was ok - standard Nero, but there was no atmosphere, little interaction and the toilet was just grubby. You need a key, which is attached to a milk jug. Hardly hygienic when you have to depend on the previous user having washed their hands!
Amazing service, one of a kind experience. Rowan and Robert were outstanding and recommended me a coffee from Kenya which was amazing. Very clean 10/10
Nice little store, more familiar with High Street, store but nevertheless a nice little store, not much seating but the Espresso & Caramel Frappe was delish, and the lady who many moons ago used to work in the old Headington store is absolutely lovely. Thank you 👍 …
