THE WORST customer service from the manager! Great service from the cashier. Still, the order was missing 3 full menu items when I returned home. Curbside is a joke and don't bother calling in 30min before closing. "Phones aren't working". Yeah, it's because you take them off the hook. I actually saw this happen and to be honest, I believe the manager thought I would be intimidated by his size and looks. Had one request and that was screwed up and made my wife got sick! She has allergies, it was explained, and it was ignored! If I could let the staff and manager experience what my wife experienced, or what I had to deal with, I would. Oxford Abners, you can and should do a whole lot better. You're not the only restaurant in town!

Made an internet order that they didn't bother to put in until I showed up 10 minutes later to pick it. Order came up in the window, at which point two different cashiers looked at it and then left it there. Then it made it to the counter, but they walked off for another couple of minutes before calling me. Now that I'm home, I noticed they didn't put any sides in here. Here's the box with the receipt. I'm kinda done with bothering with this place.
