Cold Stone Creamery

I drove down from Lapeer last night and the doors were locked at 8:40, though the sign on the door clearly said they weren't closed till 9. There were probably 10 - 15 customers still inside eating. I'm sure the employees saw us but did nothing. It would not have taken us 20 minutes to order and pay for our ice cream. I even would've gladly eaten it out in my car so I wouldn't have been keeping them open late, because I know how that is. Really glad I wasted my time and my gas.

Cold stone is my favorite ice cream place but i’ve never been more disappointed and dissatisfied than I have at this location. The workers had absolutely no clue what they were doing or which ice cream was which. I ordered a signature creation which had 3 toppings, they made it completely without telling me they didn’t even have the main topping until after I got my ice cream. They offered to make me a new one which i got they filled my cup half way up with my mix ins in one big chunk. I would be highly embarrassed if I was them and i’ve never had such poor service. Never coming back!

Bad customer service! We brought 2 of the largest sundaes--Founder's Favorite and Mud Pie Mojo. After she made the first one, we told the worker we wanted lids. She HANDED us both ice creams--no bag, no spoons, no napkins and the first ice cream was running over so bad that it dripped down my hands and clothes. I don't know if she was NEW, but I've been to this location several times and NEVER had such service!!
