Hardee's

The associates at this Hardee's were exceptional! I must give them a shout out. One recent afternoon some of my family members had their car break down and they took very good care of them in the extreme heat, and the food was exceptional as usual, but the service for the situation was outstanding. To the patrons who had some disapproving looks, sorry if the noisy children or the tow truck inconvenienced anyone, thank you.

Where do I begin... Twice in several months, I have pulled up in the drive-thru and it was not open for business- one of the workers inside told me through loudspeaker. So this Saturday I did the drive-thru again. Wrong!!! I made my order and I got the it so fast with none of the great aromas, I knew to check it before I left. It was burnt and cold. I went in to complain... The manager was kind, but basically told me that I could get my money back, but I asked for some fresh chicken strips after I pointed out what was wrong with mine.. She said no, they didn't have time to do that before they changed the grease in the fryer. So I said okay... I will take a Swiss and mushroom Burger. Since I paid with a card...i would have to pay again and I ended up being charged twice. So yeah... my tolerance this hot mess is at a 1st time low

The food was great. The employees seemed to get along well and enjoy one another's company. The person who took my order didn't say anything and walked away as I paid. I watched as one employee went to their car to get their cell phone, came back to the building, stopped outside the door to almost finish their conversation, came in, hung up, put their cell phone on what I would think is a food surface, go into the kitchen and prepare food bare-handed. Unless there is a hand washing sink beside the drive thru, there was no hand washing. Had this person been in the kitchen when our food was made, I would have left it there uneaten. There is a huge amount of knowledge about how unclean cellphones are. I hope this isn't the culture of this location, or Hardee's in general, but I'll skip this location if I'm ever back in the area.

**disclaimer I blame myself for wanting an easy meal tonite** Well were to start I'll say it's the little things, and fast food is hard, apparently. We weren't allowed to add on anything at the window(nevermind we were the only people in line) if they were busy I'd get it. Next they needed us to pull down and wait for our order(NEVER MIND WE ARE THE ONLY ONES IN LINE) and what is that fiery sauce [see Pic] it looks like oil and mayo maybe just not mixed together, and look at that burger Pic from the advertisement flyer [see Pic] and compared to the actual burger [see pic] those chicken tenders though they must just be impossible to mess up plum juicy tasty. Fries had clearly been under the light for a while just nasty limp soggy cold. We asked for the managers name (Porschia) and she posted up at the window like she was daring us to complain. We didn't just decided to leave a review with photos to show that oxford nc Hardee's is not exactly the Porsche of fast food round here. I get it though fast food is hard!

Horrible drive thru was closed, had to go in for my order. My burgers were COLD, onion rings hot but not as tasty ( must have changed them). I called to complain but they were closed @ 10. ((called at 10:15) After several rings someone picked up the telephone but didn't say anything. I did tell whoever picked up about my order (crickets) Apparently they were not expecting me to come in for my order nor was there anyone in the restaurant. 👎

Worst one I've ever been too. We ordered and verified our menu at the speaker. Got to the window and they only had 1 meal. We ordered 4. The cashier's argued that we had not ordered and accused us of circling back around the building. I asked for a manager. We could still hear her complaining we didn't order. Asked manager what the problem was. She just shrugged and corrected the order. I may have understood had it been busy, only 2 cars ahead of me and no one inside. I get there a shortage of employees,but don't allow the ones you settle for make you lose customers.

I would not recommend eating here. I ordered the #10 with only lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. She rung it up: Lettuce, mustard and TOMATO. I CANNOT stand tomatoes and by no means would I even say tomatoes. I told her what happened and then said you even charged me $.60. She took the food (with a little attitude) and told the back to remake it with only Ketchup, Mustard and Tomato. I said no. Let, ket and mustard. Finally got my food. My food was made right but It was sloppy. The meat kept sliding allover the place. Not once did she "SORRY" for the order or OFFER My money back for the tomato. And since when did they start charging for LETTUCE. $.50. And they're slow
