I went to the restaurant in September 2020 and ordered in Feb 21. The experience was outstanding on both occasions. At the restaurant: As a native Greek living abroad, I found the decorations brought sentiments of feeling at home. Very friendly welcome by their outstanding waiter whose positivity shines in the room when he speaks! Food was very tasty - you can tell no corners have been cut here and it's very worth the price. I would definitely suggest it for celebrations with friends but also for a nice carefree dinner with your special someone. Delivery: I ordered through deliveroo and the food took approx 50 mins to get here - a testament to it being made fresh and you could definitely find no difference in taste with the real deal at the restaurant. It was a very pleasant surprise to see the same very cheerful guy who greeted us at the restaurant in the autumn, deliver the food with the same infectious positivity. Tried the chicken and pork gyros wraps and the souvlaki wrap (shared the three with my special someone on a very hungry night). All were spot on and truly authentic. Keftedakia were very fragrant with herbs and a very worthwhile side. It's very hard to find anything I would suggest to improve - if I had to find something it would be elevating that very tasty kataifi to a sublime desert by crispening the topping and adding a scoop of kaïmaki ice cream on the side!

We had a really great experience .We decided as a group of 3 to have a mezze of all the starters on offer to share and it was like being back in Greece,the gigantes were just excellent. We had an ouzo and I think 3 bottles of wine and the obligatory table water. The staff were amazing and made sure we were attended to for all our needs. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again

We came to Brousko a few weeks ago for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and we had a wonderful evening. The dishes were so flavoursome. It felt like a very authentically Greek restaurant, the best I have tried in Oxford. Great selection of mezze and mains to suit everybody- I really loved the 'kefalotyri saganaki' fried cheese, and 'xtapodi' octopus. 100% recommend - we will definitely be back!
