Lovely place, though a little small if you wanna take a seat. But the most perfect hot chocolate in Oxford for sure.

They have a new cafe that I didn't remember them having before, they also have a loo, code from the staff though. As ever a grwat selection of chocolates, they do free sleeves for the boxes with popular themes like, happy birthday, thank you etc. Nice staff Nice shop

The cafe at the back is fantastic. And with a free VIP card get a nice little discount. The milkshakes come in a range of types of chocolate and the cream on top is yummy. 70% chocolate milkshake is our favourite and they have a good kids size option

How can a chocolate milkshake be refreshing and decadent at the same time?!
Normally smoothies are refreshing and milkshakes are decadent, but the one I got here was BOTH!

I love this shop because there’s a cafe area where you can have a sit. The drinks and ice cream at Hotel Chocolat are so delicious and it’s nice to have tables to enjoy it.

Easily accessible as it’s just when you enter the westgate mall from the street! Good selection of chocolates! My favorite been the strawberry cheesecake batons.
