Delicious!! Wide variety of hot chocolates and pastries, very delicious. I got 100% dark chocolate and while it tasted very good there were still a lot of lumps of the chocolate that hadn't dissolved (however, as someone who frequently makes 100% dark hot chocolate at home I know how annoy it is to fully dissolve all the chocolate). My friend had the lavender one, which was also delicious- just the right amount of lavender so that it didn't feel overpowering, but strong enough that it mixed well with the chocolate.

Tried Knoops for the first time and was not disappointed. This is the perfect place for chocoholics. So many options and extras to choose from. I went for the milk chocolate milkshake, no trimmings - it was delicious.

Knoops should be considered a national treasure (though most branches are around London and surrounding areas)! I love the different ranges of chocolate that you can select for your chocolate beverages. It is also great that you have the option to add in flavourings such as spices for no additional cost. The baked goods at Knoops are also fabulous!

Every time when we are in Oxford, it’s a must have for us. We met the lovely manager Tara and ordered 34% milk chocolate. She also gave me an instruction of other drinks that I plan to try next time. Amazing chocolate drinks and friendly staffs.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the lady who served me today, you were truly kind to me! I'd like to also appreciate the incredible service and the delicious drinks, which makes me go back there everyday. Highly recommended, and a definite place to go to when visiting Oxford.

A place for chocoholics but in drink form. The founder seems to be a Dutch man who has ties to Oxford. Amiable staff and a busy branch.

Popped into this place after work and was welcomed instantly on arrival. The team are friendly and kind and the manager, Cara was very patient when helping me pick the % of my drink. I ended up leaving with a 60% with cinnamon and orange which was amazing!!
Bonus point: anything above 54% with an alternative milk is vegan
