Been here for breakfast twice now and both times it has been great. Very good portion sizes for the price and lovely staff too. The sausages are delicious!

Excellent as always. The best staff you could hope for. The food is good asyou can get. If you are visiting Padiham or going to Gawthorpe Hall make it your number one stop.

Great service & laughs with the waitress

Lovely cafe with nice jacket potatoes. Full of locals who were all saying hello to each other. We were recommended it by nearby Gawthorpe Hall and were pleased with it. Free parking across the road at the town hall.

Went today for my mums birthday lunch with the family. She had hired the room upstairs. Food and service was excellent. I had never been before. Alison and her team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the lovely celebration we had. Would highly recommend Mooch.

Very impressed with everything after visiting for the first time. Food was excellent and perfectly cooked, great quick service and nice friendly atmosphere. My table was the closest one to the kitchen and I saw loads of different dishes coming out & they all looked amazing - can't wait to return and try more things.
Thank you for a lovely experience Mooch Cafe!

What a wonderful, quirky little cafe right in the middle of Padiham. The girls serving were lovely and friendly - even advising me not to order a scone as she thought they were a little burnt ! Instead we ordered 'Grandma Eileen's fruit cake' which was absolutely delicious - light, tasty and full of fruit.
Coffees were very large so I think next visit my wife and I will share one. We only called in for coffee but there was a wide choice of meals and snacks for lunchtime, which also looked very inviting.
The cafe is quite small so not a lot of room but the door was easily wide enough for my wife's wheelchair and there were a couple of accessible tables inside.
Prices were very reasonable too. Upstairs there is a lovely craft shop, some pre-sourced goods but much is created on site so it is unique. Items can also be made to order from your own ideas.

Lovely little cafe, really friendly staff. I had a brew and a bowl of homemade carrot and coriander soup. The soup was served with a slice of crusty buttered wholemeal bread. It was delicious and by the chunks of carrot in it I could tell it wasn't out of a packet. I felt like I'd had a full meal when I left.
Wonder if their pies are homemade. I may have to go back and find out.
