This was our second time there. We loved the place and the owner Jode is so lovely the room was very spacious,clean and tidy . The view of the beach is right outside your room you can see and hear the sea all day and it’s wonderful. It’s room only but there is plenty to eat around in Paignton .

Stayed at this beautiful property over the weekend and was speechless.
The property, the view, and the property owner were incredible!
Was slightly delayed travelling down from London, but after liaising with Jodie, she was still happy to accommodate.
Jodie offered the group a secondary room to assist with spacing, which was a lovely gesture.
Great check-in/ check-out times with room facilities. Jodie also provides a lovely list of local activities, restaurants, and bars, which was handy as we did not know the area.
Would 100% revisit and highly recommend as you would not be disappointed !!

Came down for the torbay airshow. Quiet location and only a short walk to all the amenities in town and on the front. Exceptional view of the bay. Jodie was extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother . A enjoyable stay just wish the weather had been a little kinder. Already sorting booking for next year.

Absolutely amazing and the hosts and staff are epic the only let down for me is I can not get a booking as me and Lee wanna come back 🤣🤣🤣 because we loved it so much.

Absolutely loved kinda place, the room was clean and the decor was lovely, very friendly staff, cooked breakfast was very nice, would definitely recommend and would go back again.

This place is a gem really lovely owners that always have a smile and are very helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Food is good and there is also vegan option available which is great.
The views if you have a balcony are second to none, we will be back!!!

Never stayed here (I live locally) thus my review is only about the cafe. I like the place, although I know it is probably not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s a bit off the beaten track and quiet when I visit. Great views. A bit quirky. Staff friendly. Food is mostly good. Service a tad chaotic. Great ambience.

great place to escape to, very relaxed. I heard the new lot have taken on the place and 'kinda' turned it around. the foods amazing, consistent and has a twist of magic and pure soul. This is where I'd rather be on holiday.
