Marmalade Pot

First time in tonight with my partner and 2 year old was greeted with a friendly face were told we could pick any table we wanted as long as it wasn't reserved so we picked a quiet corner I ordered the gammon steak my partner ordered the mac and cheese and my 2 year old got the tomato pasta we also got a nachos starter the food arrived in a decent time and the food was beautiful the the staff were extremely friendly we have both said we will be back again soon

Really good food and staff. We were very impressed with menu and there was a great choice for our daughter who is allergic to eggs and nuts. I would strongly recommend to people staying at the Premier Inn to ignore the pub next door (much more expensive than Marmalade Pot). Take a 5 minute walk instead.

Food was great however my steak was very undercooked. Asked for well done and I got medium rare and pink so ended up leaving half of it. One good thing was that I nearly lost a very special Braclet feom my two grandchildren that I had on, it fell off my wrist and I didn't realise until I got home. I called Marmalade Pot and girl checked and it was other floor floor beside the table we sat at so she put it away for me until I collected it. I was so thankful. So thank you. Definitely would go back despite steak issues 🙂

We booked fuzzy eds, the soft play area for my sons 5th birthday and it was perfect. All the kids loved it. The girls there did everything and they were so friendly and good at coordinating the kids when it was time for lunch and birthday cake. All I had to do was show up and got to leave without worrying about tidying up mess. We opted to take the fuzzy eds birthday cake as we were celebrating our sons birthday a week early. The only draw back was the cake looked a bit sloppy. My kids seemed to enjoy it but I was put off even trying it. But the girls there were great, I never thought to bring candles etc but they had everything. They even packed the party bags I brought with us with the cake. Also good value for money, after the deposit we only had to pay for the kids who came which bought us 2 hours of play, lunch, limitless Robinsons juice and birthday cake. The venue is big enough that the kids Don't get bored but small enough that your not going to lose them. It was not chaos like other bigger soft plays, it was a really relaxed birthday.

Marmalade pot has a kids play called Fuzzy Eds which is an awesome place, I take my 4 year old daughter 3 times a week for the past 8 months. The the place is great for her to play have fun and make new friends. The staff are amazing, Codi and Vanessa now know my daughter by name and always have a smile and a welcoming and friendly smile when we walk in. The pricing of the play area and food they serve is fair and food served is great. A great place to take your child for a few hours and have fun and play with other kids in a friendly safe environment.
