An excellent location beside Par beach, and a nearby old city with good shops and facilities. The caravans are new, they are equipped with good furniture, and they have full kitchen facilities. One thing that most visitors would like to see done in the swimming pool is more time available to them as it is often difficult to find a time that is convenient for them to go swimming.

Lovely well kept holiday park, quiet and a stone's throw from a lovely dog friendly beach, with some nice little sand dunes. The lodge we had was very modern had all the amenities you could need, was very clean on arrival, would definitely recommend staying here.

We're staying here currently on our mini honeymoon and have been blown away by how beautiful the Caravan and area is. It's like a mansion equivalent of a caravan, beautiful every inch and way way more than we expected! It's so cosy and feels like we're staying in someone's home, everything you'd think you'd need to bring (dvds, cooking equipment, iron ect) is already here and the decor with knitted decorations, plants and ornaments make is so homely and beautiful. I worried previously as I'd seen other reviews stating the caravans were unclean but it's very clean and the car parking space by each caravan is perfect, I couldn't see how you would expect or want anything more. Very short walk to the bear by shops and to the beach also. Looking forward to explore more but everything so far has been superb.

Highly recommend this place, the staff are very friendly. The mobile homes are very clean and spacious and have everything you need. The on site café is lovely too. We will definitely be back.

Great place to get away from the busy city life. Booked a site for 8 people, 1 double, 2 twins and sofa bed had 1 spacious bathroom and the double a toilet ensuite. Plenty of utensils and trays to cook. Beds were comfy but I'd bring my own pillow next time, the one in the twins was too flat. Beach is just across the road. Closest fish and chip is Val's, there is also a Co-op and spa close by. We did have a Ygs Kebab which down well with a couple beers. We didn't use the swimming pool but would visit again.

First time in a holiday park. Holiday home is lovely, well equipped and looked after. Quiet park, and a short walk to sandy beach, and local shops. Only downsides is limited hours to the swimming pool, and pay for Internet.

The best kept holiday park that we've stayed at. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The park is next to a pet-friendly beach, also ideal for children. Several eating places nearby and only a short walk to Par village with all amenities accessible.

Good place for holidays ,clean well kept and doggie friendly due to the all year doggie beach ,clean up after your dog as not all owners do ,making it an unfriendly beach to those who do or those families who dont have dogs .Lovely setting and beautiful grounds ,well done

Lucky enough to come here at the suggestion of a friend whose family holiday here/have a holiday home here. A small, quiet and perfectly located holiday spot. It's not comparable in any way to anything I've experienced before, Centreparcs or Butlins. The beach is a short walk away over sand dunes and is great for an evening stroll and some shallow paddling. The beach goes out steadily and when we've been it's been very calm. The site itself is very quiet and secluded, clean, well maintained and private. The main noise is from the china clay factory, but that's more of a hum/drone than noisy banging etc and only really heard at night when no one is moving about, it's something locals must be very used to. I would come back time and time again just for the peace and quiet and the beautiful scenery/views. The pool has a maximum capacity of 15 people and no life guard, it is bookable daily for a 45 minute swim, first come first serve but you can pre-book your entire stay once booked in on site. 9am-9pm with only two 1 hour slots where it's owners only. Tennis courts, two parks, Lidl and Tesco a 15 minute drive away and co-op even closer, cafe which we haven't been to and the ship inn pub within walking distance (also haven't been to). Overall if you aren't into holiday clubs, fluffy mascots, the cha cha slide, Macarena etc and the usual arcade style holiday camps then this place is ideal.
