Perfectly OK Chinese. Beautiful room in a lovely setting, especially at night, looking over the marsh to Wales. Service well meaning but irritating eg starters arrived before the nibbles, which had been ordered 20 minutes before, and when we asked to cancel were told 'they've already been cooked'. Well, why didn't you serve them on time then? They also have that amazing ability to walk past without catching your eye/hearing you...
It's a bit in the 'sizzling platter' school, and lots of dishes were served with unannounced peppers (my bugbear, and shouldn't really be in a lot of the Szechuan dishes). But really OK if you order wisely. And the quality of ingredients is good eg the steak used for the skewers, and the roast duck.
Value for Money. Myself and a couple of friends went along for the tea time special (5.00 - 7.00 pm) a set menu of £12 per person and I have to say the staff were fantastic and very welcoming and the food was amazing. Will definitely be going again.

The best Chinese on the Wirral by far!! Never had a bad meal and never heard of anyone having one either. Good fast friendly service. Great for a special occasion. If going for a birthday pre order there birthday cake.

Maybe the best Chinese meal we've ever had, chose from the gluten free menu and it was perfect. Beautiful decor with chilled atmosphere and gorgeous views over the estuary. Well recommended if you're in the area.
What incredible food. I went here for the first time yesterday and was so impressed as were the entire party of us. This place is a cut above. Lovely atmosphere. Very pretty restaurant with tasteful fittings. Service exemplary. We will all be back. Great memories all round and happy tummies. We had the experience for 4 and every element presented impressed us. Obviously all freshly prepared with care and skill. 4 nice bottles of wine! Cheers!
Had a delicious meal , shared platter starters , main was king prawn sweet and sour with jasmine rice, Malaysian chicken curry with noodles and beansprouts ...The atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and attentive.
We will definitely eat here again.

Had heard brilliant things about the food, but while it was very good (soup, ribs, and duck were excellent), some of the other starters were nothing special. Quite pricey given the quality of the food. That said, the staff were superb and a great location.
First time visit loved loved it gi gi was amazing food was fantastic

Superb food, always love this place. Went for son's birthday as it is his favourite place. It didn't disappoint.
