what a wonderful place! the staff are very helpful will to do anything to make the customer happy. the cakes are heaven, the atmosphere second to none, they have a lovely play area, the artistic way the whole place has been put together, is perfect, all is perfect, wish it was open 24hour a day!

I was taking my grand girls to Brighton We got on the bus that takes you the long way round. The girls started to feel sick when we got to Peacehaven We got off the bus in the middle of nowhere. In the distance on the other side of the road was a Cafe
The Deja Vu reasonably priced good food very clean and a fantastic play area for the children.x
Deja Vu is now under new management and is now called the Avenue. It is a bar/pub. The Victoria Avenue green has around seven six seater bench/table arrangements outside which makes it ideal for the virus situation. The inside space is a bit limited but more than made up by the outside seating arrangement. The bar staff are attentive and efficient. A really great place to relax with a pint of Guinness.

I took my sister out for a all day breakfast which was just lovely and I had Welsh rabit with bacon and salad which was scrum diddly umptouse and we ate it all up with big mugs of tea and chatted with the owner for a bit
Couldn't have asked for a more perfect first visit
