Chips were nice but portion size for the price was a joke £2.30 for a regular chips. Looked more like a kids size

Fish supper was the order of the day for me. There were seven of us, and we had king rib, fish, chips, pies, sausage, etc. All freshly cooked carry out. The wait was not excessive and all the food was good. Everyone was content. If there was a complaint, it was with the fish size versus cost it was not great. At £7 for one piece of fish it was expensive if good. A couple of us had fish and would choose something else next time. Purely down to value.

Usually go more as a treat. Either get a 12" pepperoni pizza or a cheeseburger supper. Never had a bad experience in there. Good food, good timing for orders and always good service

Staying at the cardrona hotel and fancied going out for something to eat, so glad we picked here the fish and chips were amazing and the staff were lovely. I would definatly do the hour and a half drive from my home just to back here.

This is an excellent wee place, food always spot on and staff friendly and helpful ... popular due to reputation.
Regular stop by on the bike, even called in with friends from afar. Worth the repeat business, never let me down!

I don't understand this Scottish predilection for TWO sausages in batter. I only want one. However, I've had a takeaway from here several times now and it has always been freshly cooked and tasty. Could do with more art around the place though; you know, something cultural to look at while waiting.
