Staff were absolutely amazing, visited for dinner with my husband, staff were very professional, attentive and speedy. I had a slight issue with my beef burgignon which was resolved immediately and they couldn't have been kinder. I would highly recommend for the service alone. Great team of staff

Food was great and staff were even better. Linzi, our waitress, was absolutely outstanding, and I think our son, Noah, already misses her!

Ricardo was fantastic with a welcoming approach and friendly banter throughout the meal. This made our last meal on site really enjoyable and memorable rather than a sad occasion before we left for home!
I'm sure that we will see Ricardo again, adding to his seasonal returning customers and visit Cafe Rouge as a result of his service, being the best we have had at Centre Parcs hands down!

Always end our center parcs experience with a cafe rouge, foods always pretty good and service is great. Only gripe i had this year was that the menu didn’t include breakfast rolls, just full breakfasts etc. visit October break 2022

Visited on the evening of October 6th.
We were welcomed and taken to our seats by James. Our waiter was Ricardo and was extremely friendly and helpful.
The starters came out after about 10 minutes after ordering which is about right and was absolutely delicious. The mains followed about 30 minutes later, I know for many people this is too long especially if you have kids but 30 minutes is fine for us and it was cooked fresh. The main meal was delicious and could not fault it in any way, the chicken was cooked perfect and the vegetables spot on.
It is expensive but then the whole of centre parcs is expensive not just Cafe Rouge. Two starters, two mains and three and half pints of stella came to £70.
Overall is was the best meal we've had at centre parcs in the 10 years we've been going.

25th August. Evening meal 1 adult 2 kids. Chris waited on. Kids menu Macaroni & cheese was a little bland (but then it’s off the kids menu so) 2x fillet steaks. Fries and a salad. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Drinks were good. Service was first rate. Menu is simple, order envy of couple sat next to us who had the mussels and appeared to be thoroughly enjoying them. Restaurant is very kid friendly and staff were pleasant. Recommended.

Well what a little surprise this was. I had struggled to getbus booked in the Italian to eat while we were at centre parcs so booked this without expecting much. The food was mthe best we had in our whole stay at centre parcs and the service was spot on. Most of the party chose steaks which were cooked perfectly. We had a bottle of pino noir which was lovely. Great childrens menu as well. We will definitely put this one down as out first choice to eat at next time we visit centre parcs.
