The young girl serving this afternoon is a credit to your company. There was a gentleman who was quite difficult to understand and she helped him with his order. When he wasn't sure about the sizes and prices, she showed him all options. Very lovely and polite individual. She treated him with respect. Not something you see too much of these days towards the elderly.

The staff here are some of the best that I’ve known in a branch of Costa anywhere. They are very efficient, know their regulars well and are particularly attentive to the needs of elderly people who might need trays carried for them, etc. Staff always recommend the best deals for price and points etc. I feel sorry for the staff given they are so good at their job that they are constantly let down by their head office being so slow at things like fixing their dishwasher, fixing their sound system, getting them an ice machine downstairs, and doing up the decor a bit. The friendly staff do their very best but seem to receive no backup from the company at large.
